What is the scheme?

A central scheme giving SC/ST and women entrepreneurs a bank loan of ₹10 lakh to ₹1 crore to start a new (greenfield) business.

Key Benefits

₹10 lakh – ₹1 crore composite loan (term + working capital)
At least 1 SC/ST & 1 woman borrower per bank branch
CGTMSE guarantee cover (no separate collateral)
Repay over 7 years, up to 18-month moratorium

51% stake by SC/ST or woman in a joint venture
